    Here is a tip for 185.6

    You can selectively select which column you want to filter (copy) over.

    Scenario: Only Employee column extracted.

    Tips: Just do the same as usual with Advance Filter. The difference is, copy-to-destination has only the Employee column name. i.e. Remove Date, Dep, Purpose and Cost columns on right hand side table.
