I am purchasing a new set of pots and pans soon. The coating on my non-stick pan has peeled away. I think the cookware you use is another important aspect to the outcome of your dishes. I have noticed that most of your pots/pans are just stainless steel, not non-stick. Please suggest the brand and types that you have had success with. I would really appreciate it!!!
