Interviews with Bill Mahan, Connie Hannah, and Sheila Lodge regarding Measure B-2009 on the municipal ballot in Santa Barbara. Their group Save El Pueblo Viejo (SEPV) prevailed only minutes earlier in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, thwarting a challenge about the text of their ballot argument for the vote-Yes position. Most of the lawsuit concerned the acceptable plain or legal definitions the phrase "high rise" as political rhetoric in the ballot argument. The Judge sided with the SEPV position.
