@FriendlyShadow1 With Drop D tuning - yep. You'll find that sometimes there are players who detune all the strings. Tommy Shannon often plays tunes with Stevie Ray where all the strings are detuned a semi-tone (Half step). But Drop D tuning allows you to get that Bottom D....but everything else stays the same.
