  • this is great, what kind of camera did you use? how many frames per second?

  • Casio Ex-F1 at 300 fps

  • That's beautiful. Make the video 4 times as long and insert classical music to it. My god that form looks impeccable considering they're at the end of the race.

  • @<li class= 300 fps! Shit! And it didn't melt? What WILL they come up with next?

  • This is awesome, thanks for posting.

  • Art in its purest form.

  • really cool!

  • You don't run such times without naturally graceful technique. It's evolution at work here, and the fittest men in the world practice it. Just a bit of talent and willpower will get you no-where unless you first start running like them.

I must say that running nicely is easier for me at their pace, than at a pace I would maintain over any road distance. Right now, I can hold on to their pace for a bit over a km. Maybe a couple hundred more, but those won't be run pretty, not pretty at all :-)

  • That is awesome! I need to study this like the Bible

  • My goodness, their form is so similar it's incredible! Mosop (red shoes) lands *slightly* up on his toes. Guess that makes sense since he is the sprinter.
