Oh, oh. Drilling holes into someone's property won't get past the reviewer if he seeks out this cache as a geocacher. I did one similar to an abandoned post and many DNF'd it. Loved it but eventually the post was removed. (on riverfront where used to have a boat moored in the park).
Always loved finding these kind.
