@regular009 ummm... not if its bone stock, not to mention there is a v8.

@regular009 Not necessarily, it's probably a pretty small supercharger and you might not have been able to hear it over the mustangs exhaust.

@regular009 i have a redline and u really cant hear the supercharger wine, but anyway u can tell he didnt downshift, the driver of the ion dosnt know how to properly race in a manual he just stomped it in whatever gear he was in, lol, im from the mentality that a manual of half the horses will spank an automatic if driven correctly

no, the mustang won because the mustang is the faster car. foxes come with 220hp stock. h/c/i i gonna mean some BIG power on those. the ion wouldnt even compare...

@SuperAndroid17 I agree. I have a Redline and it's pretty loud. You couldn't even hear the whine of the supercharger.

You sure that's a Redline? I didn't hear any supercharger. Even with the stock intake you can still hear it. Just to put it out there, Saturn did make a 2.4 version of the Ion which had the Redline body kit but wasn't supercharged. Could that be what this Ion was in the vid?
Nice stang BTW... I am by no means a mustang fan, but 5.0 Mustangs are definitely a soft spot for me lol

mustang won because the ion driver didnt even try he never hit the accelerator or you would have heard a supercharger whine
