you are an idiot. The Ramones' first album (1977) is one of the most important punk albums of all time. The only album that comes close to the Ramones' first album as an influential force to punk rock was the Misfits Static Age album (1978). Get a life Mr. Belmont. You should know better about the Ramones contribution to not only Punk rock, but to Rock and Roll in general. Dillweed.

nice song. tom waits classic can only be reproduced by a few bands, and the Ramones is one of them. Interestingly, the harmony of joey's voice is in complete contrast to tom waits. Joey brings a beautiful melody to this song, whereas Waits voice is far more raspy and harsh. Thanks for sharing.
