  • Unlike Brian Clement who despises Green Smoothies: he is not fat!! :-)

  • calcium and magnesium come together in a multivitamin pill,in fact on my label of supplement pills ,they are right next to the other

  • @ocbc1975 Ok, OK, OK, enough of the talk out here already about soaking your nuts....for goodness sake, end all of that sexual innuendo!!

  • @ocbc1975 I've donet he whole bit of soaking nuts overnight, grinding them, culturing them, and taking enzymes with them......I don't like the way they make me feel even after all that trouble. I eat a few goji berries now and then, but I don't eat sweet dried fruits like raisins and dates or dehydrated gourmet prepared foods. I do eat seaweed which is dehydrated. There is a distinction I make between naturally dried out food, and gourmet dehydrated food combinations. That's what I meant

  • @ravendream33 There is possibly a problem if your not soaking your nuts then your not getting rid of the natural enzyme inhibitors and this could be causing your stomach upset. You could also have some allergies if you have not had an allergy test done I would recommend one. Remember many fruits have super health benefits you say you do not eat dried foods but Goji Berries are usually only found in dried form and are the most potent fruits we can consume.

  • I do eat one to four avocados a day however.

  • I don't go for either extreme.....been 100% raw for 8 months, and don't eat any nuts, dehydrated foods or sweet fruit. I eat non-glycemic fruits, berries, seaweed, greens, and only avocados for fats. I feel terrible if I eat any nuts or seeds or oils.
