@swaapo Tollololol!!!

@YellowBrother your a fucking idiot. sad thing is you are the jackass who goes in the gym and does 1/4 reps on squat like a total fag-
-
@swaapo Ok so she's not going 1/4, she's going 1/3. Are you happy? Still by your same logic if someone was to get acclimated to a heavier weight on lets say.... the bench press it would be fine to just use 1/3 ROM.
And seriously grow up dude, name calling over the internet is thoroughly distasteful.

half squat half GM, weak. Touch the box
-
@swaapo By your same logic If I bench press 135 lbs and each rep I touch my chest lock out, then it's ok to bench 225lbs using 5 inch reps with out the bar touching my chest, or even coming close to locking out. I'm not trying to be a hater, but I'm an advocate of full ROM. Would a boxer throw a straight right with his hand already half way to his opponent? I think not. and No she was not 3/4 down. Going to parallel is 1/2, so she was only 1/4 which is pretty much useless.

Nice half reps. Now try a full rep.

Nice 1/4 RoM brah
If you didn't lean forward so far you might be able to get your knees to 90 degrees easier.

@MyoclonicSlug True, but this is when I was training for work. The weight is norm a stretcher I have to hold in front of me, causing the foward feeling (300+lbs stretcher with a patient vs 120 lbs me). It's always better when you can keep everything in line and push the weight down in your heels.

half squat.

I was doing full squats with less weight. I squat heavy but not as deep (at the end of my set) because it's like when I lift my patients in the stretcher when I'm working.
It's still good, get's the job done.
