Hammer Blast Beats 250 BPM!

oh and i also have a question for luke/ anyone who can answer the question: i can "hammer" blast at 250 quite easily, but i am unable to do traditional blasts at high speeds. i believe i screwed myself over by hammer blasting so much that ive basically locked my hands togeathe when going fast... iv been trying single stroke rolls at high speeds to try to separate my hands but when i add in kicks i cant keep the snare and kicks apart :( i need help

@jesuslovesmetal666 The best solution for that (and you're gonna hate doing it!) is practicing single strokes with your right foot against your left hand. Lead with the right foot, playing straight 8ths, and the left hand fills in the 16ths. You'll have to start it really slow, probably. Its a frustrating things, but it really helps! It forces you to clean up the space between your right foot and left hand.
