My friends and I exploring an interesting visual effect of the TV (pink lightning bolt) that appears to be coming out of the TV, but can only be seen through the CCD camera.
I'm really not sure what kind of modification went into the TV itself, but it acts a bit differently from an oscilloscope in that it's applying different values (perhaps based on FFT analysis or maybe simply from the two different audio sources) to different axis, resulting in the more radially symmetrical images.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were speaker drivers located on different axis near the electron gun, allowing it to be wiggled around based on amplitude values.
How much different is this from a Wave Vessel? What does it take to make some of these effects?
I read somewhere that you experiment with magnets inside the television. So, any help would be great!
Amazing set of videos! Really enjoyed them!
