This is from the Cod Hole feed, and you're instructed to kneel at this sandy patch, and told it's ok to touch the cods (just don't hold your hand like you have any feed). These cods have been fed so long that they're used to it, of course it's not what we'd want everywhere, but at this very location it's allowed.
