Possibly the greatest commercial ever made - As troops return from the war on terror, the crowd in the airport break out into applause - and in the end, the advertisment says thank you - I would have liked them to have added "Welcome Home," as well.

    My friend deployed with the United States Marine Corps. He survived the IED's blast, and he helped save the life of an Afghan civilian schoolteacher. It appears that ever viewer of this video hates him for it...

    I would not applaud troops coming back from battle. It's not a performance.

    It's a way of life, a sacrifice, a commitment greater than yourself.

    For that I render those troops my sharpest salute and hold it until each one of them has passed me by. Recognize honor with honor. They deserve no less.
