  • very strong, very powerfull, the lock work shows perfectly how the footwork is developed. incredible skill. the foowork accentuates his punching power. anyone who makes negative comments should post their own videos and list all the street fights and competitions they've entered and won. and how many black belts and sifus they've produced.

  • @blackdragonbxr thanks bro. Appreciate the words.

  • very powerful,good stuff

  • @twotetah thanks very much.

  • i have been doing hop gar since 1988 and this is a most excellent demonstration of the art and science of Hop Gar.Gung Fu

  • not personally versed in this style, but always glad to see the original methods and styles still being practiced. these practices didn't survive for hundreds of years just based on looks, they have much to offer any martial artist. best wishes and respect

  • Pretty awesome gong fu skills right there man. cant believe how u were whippin those Mok Yee Pai around. The footwork didnt look all too stable though. Not criticising by any means, just an observation. :)

  • Lama Pai / Lions Roar / Tibetan White Crane footwork, other than the power of its punches is what Lama Pai / Lions Roar / Tibetan White Crane is known for. A lama Pai stylist will prefer to evade and using footwork to defend against a opponants attacks and then block as a secondary thing if they have to. And even then most of the time the blocks are strikes used as blocks. When a Lama Pai / Lions Roar / Tibetan White Crane man stylist hits something, they break it.

  • To everybody complaining about 'half hearted kicks', just so you know that is not a heavy bag hanging on the cart. That is a chunk of telephone pole. Practicing X punch & kicks on the pole turns your forearms & shins into highly conditioned weapons. You really don't want to try blocking an x punch (tsop) strike, he will take your head off.

  • Those blows could knock over mountains!

  • Nice work man, keep getting it. BTW, what's the name of the song?.
