Craig Buntin has been on the competitive figure skating scene for more than two decades. He has been three-time Canadian Champion, and placing 5th at the World Championships along with his partner Valerie Marcoux.
With Meagan Duhamel, he was ranked 2nd in Canada and 6th in the world within 9 months.
Craig recently founded Teabean, a coffee and tea company in Montreal. He was also the first student to be accepted to do an MBA at McGill University without an undergraduate degree.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

  • Craig Buntin is a brilliant young man. Before he became a Figure Skater he was a remarkable "Young Author". Imagine being the first person in History to be accepted into McGill University without an undergraduate degree. Craig's inspirational "Redefining Success" video will no doubt help others struggling on any level. Thumbs Up Craig.

  • That guy is the coolest...works hard to get where he needs to be...good job craig...

  • He's kind of cute. I remember him when he was a figure skater. Seems a little nervous to be doing his first business presentation (you can hear his heavy breathing!) but not bad for his first time doing this.

  • Instant favorite! Please share with the whole world! Powerful Stuff!

  • "It was about setting that bar that high!" Beautiful...beautiful words...A story of grandeur!
