This is Maxx's co-worker Lee and his African Gray parrot Woody. Maxx & Lee are barbers and sometimes Woody goes to the barber shop with Lee. The shop customers include quite a few Indians from India, and most of them seem to be software engineers. Anyway several of them were surprised when Woody began to talk. They said they had never seen a talking "pigeon" before. We got a good laugh out of that one. BTW, Lee named his parrot Woody thinking him a male, he was as surprised as the Indians when Woody laid eggs.

  • Woody is so pretty......I love parrots....the grey colour is unique. I have always wanted a parrot.....I guess when she laid eggs Lee was quite surprised....on budgies they can tell by the colour at the top of the beak if it is a boy or girl.....how do they tell on parrots?
