The sophistication, accuracy and detail of Definiens image analysis is demonstrated here. This is a live rendering of Definiens XD in action, where the system is detecting Ki67 positive and negative nuclei, along with finding and detecting the volume of small intestine crypts in a pre-clinical study. Note how not only does the system "fill" in the volume, but also clips off the top to establish an accurate "stop point." Amazing!
