Yes my friends, the song did exist before our favorite Blues Queen, the late and lamented Dinah Washington, first immortalized the tune in 1952 (she would record another version in 1961). This recording dates from 1946, and the arrangement is Sylvan Schulman's. Enjoy!

  • I thought the first version dates back to the early thirties

    but i like this version though

  • the accompaniment is a bit off, check out Dinah Washington's version--better IMO
