@skate2hate22 I dont think it matters, I have herd shiny side down because it reflects more heat, I dont know how true that is, but thats why I have always done it, I have tried the other way, and I didnt notice much of a difference to be honest.

they love to complain about the additive nature, but i think the actual amount absorbed is less than stated. i have friends who are cigarette smokers and in the middle of a session they have to smoke a cigarette to get their nicotine
