  • Hi. I bought the Kisai Broke watch from Japan during the summer, but I'm having a problem. Whenever I recharge my watch from my laptop or 360 for the full 3.5 or 4.5 hrs, the watch lights up fine for a short while, but then the battery dies really quickly. I've even made sure to turn off the animation option too, but it still dies within a few days, not anywhere near the month or so as stated. I'm not pressing the time every few seconds either, so its not that. I love my watch. Any help plz? ty.

  • @Ireland1229 Hello, please don't worry, Tokyoflash will look after you. Please email service(at)tokyoflash(dot)com and explain the problem, they will get back to you right away.

  • Just wondering if the whole screen is flashing/blinking as seen above in rl, or if its just because of the camera...?!?

  • @ils7nanins Hi there, good question. The whole screen doesn't flash and flickr like in the video, this is an effect of the camera. The lights stay on and only the lights that show the time go on and off.

  • What time is it?

    Presses button. Uh.

    Presses button. Uh.

    Presses button. Uh.

    [battery dies]

    Uh...

  • @pmgodfrey It's really easy to understand when you know how - just like learning to read a clock with hands. It only takes a couple of days to be able to read it at a glance. And, the battery will last for a month on one charge so that's plenty of time to read it ;-)
