Yes, but better tech.
Pixel Qi are the same people who made the OLPC screen. What they have done with the 3Qi screen, was pretty much start over from scratch and create a better screen technology.
The good thing is, future OLPCs, will use 3Qi instead of the older OLPC screens.

If they make a tablet version with that screen, it will be great for people doing outdoor inspections. The screens on toughbooks are terrible in sunlight.
