It wasn't too long ago that the quiet heroes of this land walked tall with the pride of knowing that they lived in a country unlike no other. On this Independence Day, we celebrate that sense of American optimism and recommit ourselves to bringing that feeling back to us once again.

I am a Singaporean. Our government can be said to be dictatorial and harsh. But look at where we are now. From a small island being hassled by communists, we have progressed by leaps and bounds. I feel that the America does not deserve another 4 years under a democrat(socialist) government with policies that won't get the country anywhere but backwards.
