Neal runs the 2010 UKROPS Monument Ave 10K

This is the second time running this race for me. Improved my time by 4 minutes over last year. This is one of the most fun events a person can run. The atmosphere is great, the energy is high, there are bands all along the course, the supporters come out in droves, people run in costume, it's amazing! Done in memory of Mamama. Thank you to all who supported/inspired me!
