Hey, you guys sold me an ENA 4! Thanks for the great videos, and great price this weekend. I see some talk of replacing the steam wand on an ENA 4 with the frothxpress, how about a video on that and the pricing information!

@biondo20 Hi there -- Jura USA has not given us any information on these machines, whether or not they will carry them in the US, their costs or features and we have, obviously, not had the opportunity to test them...so, sorry, but I have not information for you on this. :( - Kat

Hi there,
I am cosidering buying the Ena 5, but i saw that there were the Ena 7 and Ena 9 that were released in Europe and will probably make it to North America soon. What do these models offer more than the 5, how much would they cost, and would they really be worth paying the extra money? Thank you.
How hot can you get the coffee on an Ena 4?

Hi you two,
Thanks for your informative reviews.
How bad is the steam wand flying off problem? It's come down to the ENA 4 or the Impressa C5 for me, and I'm a little nervous about the ENA 4 wand becoming really loose over time. The C5 looks to me as if it has a few too many bells and whistles, although if its wand is more reliable, I might consider going with it.

@marge729 It's pretty common; you have to completely take it apart and clean it every time, otherwise you risk it. And some folks have had to have theirs completely replaced under warranty. If you're going to be doing a lot of milk steaming, the C5 is a better choice. The big bells and whistles difference over the Ena is that you can program more volumes, but it's not a huge difference. Also, size, of course. - Kat
