Despite receiving the full brunt of Israeli military power, Hezbollah remains unbowed. Why has it proved so difficult to destroy them and what is the root of their power?

Hezbollah is the de facto government in Southern Lebanon. "It helps us with schools, construction, farming," explains Ahmed Naser. Money for its social programmes comes from its business empire, which includes a chain of supermarkets and travel agencies. In last year's national election, it won 11% of the seats in the Lebanese parliament.

Hezbollah taught a crushing lesson to nasty jews. 375 soldiers dead. some of them burnt alive their bodies stuck in Markava tanks. after that Israel will never dare to attack Lebanon. Sure Hezbulla defeated israel, and promised he would never use his weapons on the Lebanese civilians. On 7 may 2008, he attack us, and took all beriut, and thinking the Sunni and the Druze were weak, he attack the Druze, and the Druze showed the sheea's and Hezbulla that they they are not the storngest in Lebanon. The Druze are much stronger, and so are the chirstains (Not sure though about the chris.). Other than that Hezbulla can do whatever it want as long as they dont get near us. No Reply!
