A 747 is a long haul. But they use 747 as a short haul. OMG

Kai Tak was one of a kind my last landing i wont forget, 70s and 90s kai tak was hongkong without it hongkong is like without late Great Bruce Lee

Believe it or not, the pilots need special license
just to fly to HKG apt. Not everyone can land. If the pilot misses the checker turn, he has to go around.
