he did say the guy "wanted a kid" he said the guy wanted to adopt his nephew. if he cant live with his parents, would you think its better fo him to go to a foster home? where he doesnt know anyone? or with his loving uncle? what about YOU? would YOU rather live with a stranger, or with a loving uncle?

What "rights"? Make no mistake, I find this decision abhorrent, I believe a kid should stay in the immediate family whenever possible, and I think the judge in this case is an idiot. But there is no "right" to adopt.

Just because someone decides they want a kid doesn't mean they have the "right" to adopt. I'm so sick of people acting like they have a f-ing right to adopt just because they want a kid. Wanting a kid *does not* make one a good parent!
