http://www.ted.com - In Al Gore's brand-new slideshow (premiering exclusively on TED.com), he presents evidence that the pace of climate change may be even worse than scientists were recently predicting, and challenges us to act with a sense of "generational mission" -- the kind of feeling that brought forth the civil rights movement -- to set it right. Gore's stirring presentation is followed by a brief Q&A in which he is asked for his verdict on the current political candidates' climate policies and on what role he himself might play in future.

  • here's the proof:

Daniel K. from 8.A did his homework

  • tsunamis and earthquakes have nothing to do with the climate system... areas in the pacific where the sea level is apparently rising are actually sinking - the models fail to take into account land subsidence, as opposed to sea level rise.

  • He should go to jail for duping so many people

  • Biggest SCAM ever!!!!

  • Mars has an atmosphere nearly made up of 95% carbon dioxide but it's very very cold....

  • On 7/28/11, it was revealed that the scientist behind the polar-bears-are-in-trouble research is being investigated for “scientific misconduct”. Then, a new study of NASA data revealed that the earth is actually allowing more heat to escape the planet than previously thought by the climate change community. During a speech at the Aspen Institute in Colorado, Al Gore launched into a vulgar tirade while accusing skeptics of media manipulation.

  • Enjoy the growing glaciers around the globe. Thati s good positive news we all need

  • New thinking?
