So are you really just a d.j. since your really just mixing up other peoples music ? Im not being rude i just really don't understand how it works with hiphop because i hear songs all the time with samples of old music and the new cats get all credit for it and if it weren't for the samples the song would be empty . Again , i'm not being rude i just need understanding of how the credit works with this . In dance music its called making a mix but in hiphop the original artist is never mentioned.
