Although this piece is quite highly structured, its character and atmosphere are more like that of a Fantasy or Tone Poem. However, the story is purely a musical one, with no literary basis. The title refers to the idea of a musical journey, and also to the rolling patterns of notes which give an impression of forward motion. The piece was composed in August 2011.

  • @gonrolgonrol Dear Rolando, Many thanks for your kind and perceptive comment.

  • Wonderful composition! :)

Exciting, playful, beautiful and at certain points "dark gothic" (0.28-0.56).

  • @RVcomposer Dear Ruben, thank you very much for your kind review.

  • Very good, Paul. Beautiful melodies supported by that rolling patterns that you mention. You really get that motion effect.

    Congratulations.
