This is my dream house and the first more upscale house I designed in Sierra. I fully intend on building this house some day
------------------------------------
The exterior is all brick with a large crosshatched brick driveway in front and a garden area forward of the dining room window. The garage is 3 car and there will be a large 1200 sq ft workshop behind it, in my actual design the front entrance is double door but Sierra's door selection is limited...the back of the house has a large cement patio with a stainless outdoor kitchen and in ground pool (which in reality will be an infinity edge pool), as well as a small deck with a hot tub. Inside the whole house is clad in darker tones but is still airy and open due to the large doorways and abundance of windows. The dining room is to the left of the entry, which is placed far enough from the kitchen to maintain it's formality. Behind that is the living room, featuring built in cabinets, soaring cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace flanked on either end by large windows. To the right is a small sitting area and breakfast room overlooking the back yard and past that is the large galley style kitchen. The other way is a game room, which leads to the utility room and garage. The garage has a storage loft accessed by a ship ladder, not included is the attic entry, which is at the end of that loft. On the other side of the game room is a home office and storage space with access to the yard. To the right is the pool bathroom. Go back through the entry and down the hall and you've come to the bedrooms, first is the master bedroom, which has a large closet and bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Back down the hall are the other two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and walk in closets.
this house scares me a bit

Oh wait! From the kitchen you turn left at the breakfast area, turning toward the front entrance to take a short cut to the dining room. I like the loft shop space. At the peak of the roof I'd have an overhead I beam with a beam trolly and a wench so I could get heavy stuff up there.

To get food from the kitchen to the dining room you have to carry it through the breakfast area and the living room? Looks like a lot of leg work.
