All I can say to that answer is that if she is 15 then she's an extremely small 15 year old. When you see all three girls sitting on the sofa at the end of the video, the one in the middle is so tiny she must be a midget if she's 15.

She IS a midget. I saw their tops (they change them every year when they start to grow) and it's CRAZY how tiny those tops can be.
And yes, even judges call her the "flying midget" XD

one of the girls in the middle is 22 and the other is 24. They have a new girl of the top, she is 15,but i don't know the age of the girl at the video.I think she will be in this area.

usually the top is 16- 18 and the middle and base are 18-30 but it depends on the team and the comp
