11/16/10: #1 UConn vs. #2 Baylor. Maya Moore gets an amazing left-handed tip to go in an epic matchup against #2 Baylor. UConn survived 65-64 after a huge comeback to seal their 80th straight victory. Maya led the charge and finished the game with 30 points, 7 rebounds, 6 steals, and 2 assists.

Absolutely ridiculous putback! This game gave me a heart attack for real. Maya friggin Moore, damn. Bria Hartley also has tons of potential, looking forward to seeing her develop as a pg (bit too early to be calling her DT-like tho Geno lol).  And what can we say about Tiffany Hayes? She's fearless. Love UConn.

I remember watching this and died laughing at Baylor bench section reaction. Griner with the block, they get up n cheer n two seconds later, Maya sit them right back down with the crazy bucket.

maya is just a great player, there is a reason she  is the player of the year 2 years str8. if minn takes liz cambage with the # 1 pick- don't think for 1 second that maya moore will not go past # 2 pick. butt it's been well documented that minn wants maya moore

@joeyyowee I don't think that was simpsonsfan's point. It's true that most MEN, not necessarily NBA (although I doubt many of them could do this) would not be able to hit this shot. There's no need need to argue about how well Maya would do in the NBA because it's a stupid argument. She's a woman and she could probably compete with SOME men, but certainly not the vast majority of NBA players. She's a woman and this was an incredible play (#3 on Sportscenter's Top 10) for anyone, man or woman.
