  • Feet are planted just as in the regular bridge and do not move. Your hips will move and the lower spine should rotate, keeping the "pelvic tilt"/flattening the back by pulling in the lower abdominals.

  • Howdy Ms. Flory,

    I am a junoir cyclist and have a few issues with my shoulders, your videos were recommended by my trainer.

    I have a quick question. From 2:50-3:26 of your video, when you are rotating on the ball with a weight in your hands, are both of your feet on the ground? Can they twist? Or are they supposed to be firmly positioned? Your video shows in detail what your upper body is doing, but in that section, your lower body is out of sight.
