The New Cyber World Event

Has the latest technology changed humankind for the better or for the worse? I think technology is great. I met wonderful people on the computer from all over the world. I can meet someone dangerous who lives next door to me. Cars changed mankind, so we can travel faster and further. What do you think? Are we addicted to the New Cyber World? Are we becoming recluses?

I am a relcoose and technology/YT is my way of getting out and meeting new people and seeing the world and cultures that I would not be able to do if computers didn't exsist. I have only two friends, but on here I have many cyber friends from all walks of life spanning the globe. So, in short, technology is my best friend. :o)

I think that the YT gatherings are a great idea (lots of people around ,in the daytime etc )Its safer for everyone.

Oh, I most defintely agree with you. Anytime someone is on the internet they are under surveillance. I saw an interview with a woman who worked for the Government and spoke Arabic. She caught two or three people planning to bomb the USA. I wouldn't say anything about the President because I am sure you would be watched at that point.

Yes, I agree. I love going to the movies, however, that isn't cheap anymore either. If you go out which I used to do before I had a child, that gets boring too and some of the people you meet really annoy me. I can't spam them!
