Wish you the best. As hard as it is try to stay social, exercise, and eat right. Just ride the wave and think positive as you can. It will get better, it just takes ALOT of time and strength.

My advise is..... Don't keep taking drugs, and if you honestly want help, i recommend seeing a natrapath... :-) If its getiing worse, then stop taking drugs!

i agree, please don't do any more drugs. it is very sad that you kept going back to the thing that causes it to be worse.

you probably shouldn't do drugs. it fucks with your brain, especially if you have depression/anxiety
