Tom Waits - Misery is the river of the world

I animated this using FlashMX, Scott Waldren helped me with script ideas and he requested I animate this particular song. We wanted to share Tom Waits's music in our own way. This is an old vid we made back in 2004 I hope you like it. it took 8 months to finish.

I'm glad this is my most popular video next to
Zor and Zam by the monkees, I hope to make
a few great folk songs into animation.

but when proud becomes stubborn it becomes pedantic
and that is one too many transformations for me to digest
before i go into yoda-mode and quote him LOL

Thank you :D I had to own, but after a while it got easier. I lack good audio and swf to avi conversin software ( flash dropped the ball on it's own software) I still use flash mx

it´s a poor sound quality. but thats about the ONLY negative thing to say to this video. It really captures the dark universe of tom waits music. And i love the little details. for eksampel the "KARMA" plate on the car. Nice work. No really. Nice work
