i like this video. This locomotive in your video is AR15 of Siemens (Germany), was imported to Vietnam (call D20E in Vietnam) , was used to pull Vietnam express train.

Most of the trains in Vietnam are Russian designed so it does not surprise me that it sounds like a Hungarian Train horn as they probably came from an Eastern European factory.
