hmm, spanish's also my first language and i've lived in different spanish speaking countries. "no tienen cualquier memoria de usted" sounds absolutely synthetic and machine translated. it could make sense, but it doesn't work. perhaps simply "no tienen memoria de ti" could fit better.

ive been speaking spanish since i was about 1 english is my second language, "no tienen memoria alguna de ti" is bad grammar thats like saying "they dont have memory at all of you" sounds weird right?

if you translate it literally, it does, but what it's really saying is like: "they don't have any kind of memories about you". That "cualquier" is a literal translation from "any", which you wouldn't use in spanish in this case. also, that "usted" is kind of weird in this context. you would use "ti":
"no tienen memoria alguna de ti".
