  • Nah, this isn't going to do the job. The chandelier bobaches collect dust, and turn the cups gray. Spraying water, even with those plastic bags over the bulbs and plastic bases is STILL going to allow water to collect in them, making it even worse. And guess where all the water seeps into? You guessed it. Into the arms that house the wires that go to the main bass assemble. Now, you have an wire that is not rated to be submerged in water at ANY part. These are VERY hard to clean.

  • @chivone21 I do use a dry cloth to wipe all the water out, I forgot to mention that part!

  • I know, I'm guilty of getting water in the main arms, and it's very difficult to even tell there is water in them unless you tilt the chandelier, and THEN see the water line move. YUCK. What a mess I had tilting it upside down, even then, still couldn't get the dusty wet sediment out of those clear amrs.
