Czech Gumarny Zubri OM-90 Gas Mask / Respirator

What's up guys. Oh yes, I am very much still alive. I bring you yet another poorly put together video. I'm planning to redo a lot of my vids eventually and this one will also probably be redone as well.

Anyway, this is a Gumárny Zubří, INC. manufactured Czech OM-90 mask. This is the newest Czech mask that supersedes old stock such as the OM-10 series masks. The mask bears close resemblance to Avon's S10/SF10/AR10/N10 facepiece and its respective licensed copies. It is possible that the OM-90 design was inspired by the Avon design, but the obvious differences possibly may be due to avoiding any licensing complications or issues with Avon. Just a speculation. The mask allows for the filter to be mounted either side. The exhale vale, unlike Avon's design, is situated under the chin.

@ShinigamiSuryc Probably not. I might buy some stuff(or parts) for my computer. I actually just obtained an M43 Type I mask for Apache pilots. I suppose that was an early present to myself. I might make a vid of that soon, though it wouldn't be that much different than the M48 vid. Perhaps a comparison vid is in order. Thanks. I hope your Christmas is great. Take it easy.

@rickyleoadams Thanks man. I would have tried to get one had I had the chance and it was reasonably priced. Oh well, it happens. There will sooner or later be more. Honestly, it isn't something I would pay a lot of money for. Cool and unusual mask, but it just lacks something(as you have experienced like with the M50 you had).

Ah very nice video! I actually found one of these on eBay about a year ago and thought about grabbing it! I shouldnt have let it slip. Very nice mask; keep the vids coming!
