if you use audacity you could run some clean up process to quiet the background noise.
Also using shotgun mics can do the trick.

Thanks for your comment! The Collaboration Summit is a busy place, so it's difficult to find a quiet spot for interviews. These videos are taped on-the-spot, but we're also filming several formal, sit-down interviews. Stay tuned.
