Railfanning The Rochelle Railroad Park: Part 3

In late June of 2007, I, with a friend, went to the Rochelle Railroad Park for the first time.

The action was heavy, and the longest time between trains that we waited was 90 minutes during some track work on the UP.

We spent an evening and day in Rochelle, spending 4 hours the first day, 14.5 hours the second day.

This third clip covers from Mid-afternoon to early evening. The train in the foreground was the victom of two kids playing on the equipment....climbing on and under...and was caught by an off-duty NS Cop
