  • I know it looks like I'm just swing my legs back and forth, but if you let it swing down and stretch and then try to accelerate into each rep on the concentric you definitely feel it working. I do the reverse hyper a few different ways. Sometimes heavy a "loose" like in this video, sometimes strict, vary the reps quite a bit too, it can be a very versatile piece of equipment.
