The movie is a Japanese sequel to the first Paranormal Activity. It has no relation to Paranormal Activity 2.

japanese woman, Haruki comes back from a trip to the us after breaking both her legs in a car accident and killing an american female in the accident. Her brother video tapes her return. The dad leaves for singapore on a business trip and after a few days the two experience.... PARANORMAL ACTIVITY (dum dum DUM!!!!!)

I don't like the English subs. It doesn't quite match with Japanese. Reading the English sub makes me confused. There are wrong words used all over.
