Nope, we have 2 eyes that merge one image turning them into one image with depth perception.

You could do something similar with one camera only if the events you're recording are repeatable in exactly the same way, for example some computer generated scene. In this case you can record one eye first and then the other, and synchronize the two videos. For real world scenes it's practically impossible.
