hey guys i need help ! ive got a external 500gb fat32 to backup my ps3 game data . but when it start backing up it said THE BACK UP OPERATION COULD NOT BE FOUND (8002002A) please someone help me

i have a question umm if i back up my data on my ps3 and go to my friends ps3 and restore it will he get the same files as i got under game data utility.

@GNRlova23 how do you intending on backing up to a CD when the PS3 doesn't have a CD / DVD writer?

Guys I need help! When I try to back up my data, right when the screen heits the loading screeen and is trying to estimate how long it will take, it cancells and says it couldn't be done! it doesn't any anything else as to why it failed! I really need to back up my crap so help right would be appreciated! D:

@weasel159 Try restoring the file system on your PS3. Search for PS3 Recovery Menu on YouTube to find my video on this.

Wat happens if I unplugged my ps3 wen I was restoring it?? Would it hurt the hard drive internally???

@mouaflavorful yes. Isn't that obvious. You will damage your PS3 and the hard drive connected to it.
