My 429

Built this '70 Thunderbird 429 motor. It goes in the 46' Ford truck behind it. Going to drop er in this weekend. She's about 560 H.P. Crank up the sound! Oh yea, and watch for the flames!

If you would read the description of the video, it notes where the motor is going..As far as the shave-not all of us are into looking pretty!

you have some specs on the parts used? i have the 429 in my 72 country squire but would love to boost the power a little by taking all the emission crap of and make it like 360/400 hp

WOW I have the exact same truck, and also have a 70 tbird drivetrain. what are the chances, any pics or vid of it complete? I am using a ranger frame though. just have to clean and do a gasket swap on the motor and tranny. cant wait to see it complete.

ur not gonna burn a damn valve if u runopen headers im tired of people saying that ive got a 302 derby car i run no exhaust wats so ever on it no headers becuz its in a civic and wont fit i drive almost 3 or 4 hours every other day for the last 2 years
