  • Too bad today's ready to wear doesn't have the obvious quality shown here. I feel that in the past perhaps 6 years the quality of premium clothing has gone down, while the prices ever rise. The daywear here is SUPERLATIVELY cut. The quality of both design and workmanship is obvious from 10 miles away. These clothes could easy be mistaken for something produced in 2009 (Alexander McQueen's F09 collection maintains a strong air of this collection).

  • I used to own a few of the jackets(the pants were too skinny for me), and when my tailor would pull in/nip my waist...mmmmmmm, a good time was definately had by all.

  • Runways at those times were so entertaining, they're not only modeling the clothes, they're playing a character, I love it

  • Name of track that starts at 6:30?

  • @andrewjamesmacleod ..ME2!!! pisses me off! as if its all abt money now or?? fkn crap chanel braclet, $900. glue strings from stone 2 stone, plastic! just seen a bag at saks, had the same snaps that are of fake bags, where the button is held on with 2 metal (aluminum) bars bent in & not actually attached......awful!!

  • @KayDenmark

In all honesty, Mugler's suits were ALWAYS surprisingly reasonable, but, stores would inflate the prices.

A buddy of mine was close to the Mugler sales reps as SFA in Manhattan, all of them GORGEOUS caramel-skinned black women w/ short-cropped blond hair. One day, they left the sheet that shows what Saks paid for the incoming collection & what they were going to charge on the desk, "by accident". lol

Saks would pay $850.00 Mugler for the suit, then charge between $2,000-$3,000.

  • 5:05 Oh my goodness!!! Is that Verushka? :D

  • I just love those skirts without any splits on the bottom :)

  • Fantastic!!!

  • His shows were always the best!
